Lisa holds a B.Soc.Sc. in Environmental and Geographical Sciences and Political Studies from the University of Cape Town, and an M.Sc. in Environmental Planning from the Technical University of Berlin. After her studies, she gained experience in sustainable urban development at the German Agency for Interational Cooperation, and in sustainable mobility planning as a trainee at Rupprecht Consult. Most recently, Lisa worked as a transport advisor at Auckland Council, where she provided policy advice on transport strategy. Lisa brings expertise in project management, political communication and the development of strategies for sustainable mobility solutions. In 2025, she came back to join Rupprecht Consult in the Innovation team.
