On November 19, 2024, we hosted a DISCO webinar titled "Key Performance Indicators Framework – the experience of DISCO project."
The event provided valuable insights into the role of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in measuring and optimising sustainable urban logistics solutions.
The session featured presentations from Institute for Transport (ITL) and Logistics, Lindholmen Science Park (LSP), and Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT), focusing on the development, measurement, and application of KPIs across DISCO Living Labs. Highlights included an overview of the KPI framework, its connection to sustainability goals, and innovative approaches like the Thessaloniki Living Lab’s approach to integrating logistics data with urban freight schemes and identifying and selecting relevant KPIs to measure the Living Lab´s measures. A demonstration of the DISCO KPI dashboard showcased its practical use in evaluating logistics performance and supporting decision-making.
This webinar reinforced DISCO’s commitment to advancing data-driven urban mobility solutions that align with the EU’s sustainability goals.
