The TRANSFORMER project is completed!
We are thrilled to announce the successful finalisation of the TRANSFORMER project, a groundbreaking two-year initiative aimed at driving systemic change and achieving climate neutrality across various regions in Europe. Over the past two years, the TRANSFORMER project has been at the forefront of innovation, exploring the potential of regional-scale Transition Super-Labs to act as cornerstones in the Green European Transition.
One of the key output of the TRANSFORMER project is the Transition Super Lab Roadmap, which gathers all the learnings and outputs of the project into a comprehensive blueprint process. This roadmap provides regions with the necessary guidance to set up their own Transition Super-Lab, thereby accelerating their climate transition efforts.
The project has brought together renowned research institutes and stakeholders from the quadruple helix, providing a structured approach to managing transitions through specific steps to reach the desired future state of the regions. The TRANSFORMER project has developed a dynamic Knowledge Hub , which serves as an advisory platform to build competence in regions, facilitating systemic change and ensuring the usability of knowledge items for other regions aiming to speed up their transition towards climate neutrality.
