The project implementation training on 19-20 June 2017 in Vienna has provided more than 120 beneficiaries with technical support and advice on better implementing their Interreg Central Europe projects.
The project management teams (project, finance, and communication managers) learned and directly practised how to prepare their audit trails and progress reports. They were also introduced to the harmonised project branding and started working with the new project websites. Leipzig Transport Company (LVB) as the Lead Partner of LOW-CARB, together with Rupprecht Consult, who supported LVB in the project preparation and in the negotiations phase, participated in the project management and finance workshops, while the Communication manager of the project (REC) joined the Communication workshop. The team transferred the new gained knowledge to project partners in the LOW-CARB kick-off meeting in Leipzig on 21-22 June 2017.+49 221 6060 55 0
