Developing a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) according to the European Commissions recommendations - and on the basis of guidance developed by Rupprecht Consult - is an intensive, but worthwhile process. SUMPs are an important pre-condition for being recognised as an innovative city in the mobility field.
