The Croatian version of the SUMP guidelines has been developed by the <link https: koprivnica.hr external-link-new-window external link in new>City of Koprivnica as part of the <link https: www.rupprecht-consult.eu project low-carb.html external-link-new-window external link in new>LOW-CARB project, which was funded by the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme that aims to enhance capacities for integrated low-carbon mobility planning for functional urban areas in Central Europe countries.
