The technical training seminar in Helsinki is targeted at local planners and implementers in Finland.
It is organised by the Eltisplus project and the Union of the Baltic Cities - Environment and Sustainable Development Secretariat in Turku. The event will be organised in cooperation with Motiva Oy, the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
