Ride2Autonomy comes to an end

The EU funded R2A project, with a consortium of 18 partners, dealt with AV shuttle demonstration in different european cities with the prurpose for better integration of AVs into the present transport system leading to a healthier, safer, better accessible cost-effective Demand-Responsive Transport system.

The achieved milestones of the proejct comprises of developing of guidelines for stakeholder and citizen engagement, policy making, mobility planning for Cooperative, Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM) solutions and business models. Other milestones included:

• stocktaking on governance models for different geographical contexts
• engaging in educational campaigns to promote user acceptance illustrating success factors form the test sites
• technical use case information with the creation of Implementation scalable toolbox models setting up Lessons learnt guide in all EU state languages.
