Together with trolley:motion, we organised a stand at Germany's largest electric bus conference to present our projects around electric public transport on 16 and 17 March. For the first time, the VDV e-bus conference and the accompanying trade fair ElekBu took place digitally with approximately 500 participants and 50 exhibitors.
We were able to get in touch with around 100 participants through visits to our stand and direct online conversations and would like to express our sincere thanks to the VDV and the Forum für Verkehr und Logistik e.V. for the professional organisation and implementation of this digital conference. Nevertheless, we also look back on this year's ElekBu with mixed feelings, because despite the success of the Corona-related digital variant, the direct exchange and personal networking on the fringes of the conference and trade fair were missing and we very much hope that the electric bus community will be able to meet again on site for the 2022 edition of the ElekBu. We are very pleased to see the trolleybus becoming a pronounced part of the proclaimed "decade of the bus", aiming to achieve the climate protection targets in the transport sector for Germany and within the EU. Cem Özdemir showed himself impressed by the innovations around the developments of the battery-electric trolleybus project in Solingen.+49 221 6060 55 0
