Rupprecht Consult organized a session on questions around transport inclusiveness at the “Shared Mobility Rocks” conference and participated in the 2nd consortium meeting of the related project INCLUSION.
We followed the invitation to present the INCLUSION project at the “Shared Mobility Rocks” conference in Aalst, Belgium on March 20 and 21. Ralf Brand organized a session around the question whether and how shared mobility can contribute to tackle the risk and problem of exclusion in the area of mobility. It included presentations from fascinating projects, which manage to enable poor people, wheelchair users etc. to participate more fully in societal activities thanks to various sharing approaches. This information will feed into the INCLUSION project, in which Rupprecht Consult leads – among other tasks – the case study research to identify, describe and analyse good practice cases about efforts to include truly everyone in our mobility system. This Horizon 2020 project started in October 2017 and held its 2nd consortium meeting in nearby Gent on March 22 and 23. Ralf Brand presented the case study methodology, which was constructively discussed among and endorsed by the consortium partners and by INCLUSION’s stakeholder forum members.+49 221 6060 55 18
