Last week, Rupprecht Consult executed the last round of on-site workshops for TANGENT focusing on case study validation in Rennes, Manchester, and Lisbon.
Last week, Rupprecht Consult completed the final stage of on-site workshops for the TANGENT project's 'Multi-actor Cooperation Models and Policies' work package. These workshops focused on multi-actor co-creation processes and were conducted on-site for various TANGENT case studies.
The earlier workshop stages included:
- Stage 0: Preparation and planning
- Stage 1: Assessing user needs and system requirements
- Stage 2: Establishing multi-actor cooperation
The Stage 3 workshops prioritized the results from case study implementation and impact assessment, involving local stakeholders and experts in each partner city/region. WP7 (Local partners, ID4CAR, and PANTEIA) collaborated with WP1 to present the project's findings and outputs, validate the NTM approach and tools developed, and analyze policy implications.
In Rennes, the workshop was moderated by Morgane Juliat and Hannah Walther from Rupprecht Consult with support from local case study leader Rennes Métropole. In Manchester and Lisbon, the workshops were led by Daniel Franco and Lakshya Pandit from Rupprecht Consult with support from case study leaders Transport for Greater Manchester and CARRIS, respectively. The workshops included presentations on case study status and results, an overview of the MTMC Roadmap, project-level impact assessment, and interactive sessions covering:
1. Upscaling multimodal traffic management, impacts, and results
2. Multi-actor cooperation, governance, and data
3. Policy implications, recommendations, and lessons learned
Before the workshops, A-to-Be presented the TANGENT tool dashboard to the local stakeholders. The insights gained from these workshops will be incorporated into upcoming TANGENT deliverables, addressing lessons learned and policy implications. These findings will be further discussed at TANGENT's final event in Brussels this October.
