The Baltic Sea Region Competence centre on Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning
A competence center for sustainable urban mobility planning has been established to cover the Baltic Sea Region. The competence center will help cities in developing their SUMPs by providing information, support, exchange and training.
The competence centre focuses on two defined target groups:
- “Matured partners” already familiar with SUMP, willing to improve and adjust them to changing requirements. This mainly, but not always, means cities from Nordic countries.
- The new EU member countries, esp. Polish cities starting with SUMP preparation. The competence centre in the BSR will answer these needs
For more information, please visit the competence center <link http: www.ubc-environment.net index.php main:sump _blank>website to get more information and review the material from the first seminar in Sopot that was held on 23 May 2013 titled "
