We have extensive experience developing new projects of varying degrees of complexity, from short fact-finding missions to large projects with up to 40 partner organisations in various countries, lasting five years and more.
Particularly in the European environment, we're often the initiator of projects, building holistic consortia, developing conceptual approaches, defining suitable methods and negotiating and establishing budgets.
We have also successfully developed new projects as commissioned work for existing consortia and we contribute actively to project initiatives led by other partner organisations.
