In cooperation with ebusplan, the ELIPTIC project will offer a workshop for cities, transport authorities and bus operators interested in introducing e-buses to their cities. The workshop will take place on the Deployment Day at 10.45 – 12.15 (room yet tbd).Participants will gain a better understanding of vehicle, battery and charging technologies, as well as the costs associated with them. The workshop will also address future developments and operational challenges in the implementation of e-buses.Planning tools and best practices from Europe will be presented by representatives from ebusplan, a company experienced in creating feasibility studies and electrification concepts for cities. Examples will be given from leading ELIPTIC partner cities such as London, Gdynia, Barcelona and Oberhausen.Participants will have the opportunity to bring in their own experiences and questions and discuss these with colleagues from other European cities.
