On September 15, Henning Günter started the one-year trainee programme.
It is the fifth time that we welcome someone in this position. Henning holds a B.A. in History and Literature and a B.A. in Sociology from Bielefeld University. In his Master’s, Henning studied Human Geography with a focus on urban planning at Tubingen and Tufts University (Boston area). He specialized in sustainable modes of transport, gaining first work experiences with the City of Tubingen and the City of Somerville. He worked in the transportation planning departments doing GIS-analyses, writing the annual bicycle report and drafting the Complete Streets guidelines. He also worked as a transportation planner, being involved in the Neighborways project in Somerville, MA, in which he carried out traffic studies and liaised between the planning department and the project designers.+49 221 6060 55 13
