Who are we looking for?
You have a Bachelor degree (or higher) in international business management or a similar qualification. You are at the early stages of your career or already experienced, but eager to take responsibility for our key business processes. You are used to apply data analysis and management tools and you can adapt easily to a wide range of administrative, organisational and cultural contexts. You are keen to rethink existing processes and to promote innovation. You are able to speak and write English and German at an advanced level; other languages are very welcome.
What will you do?
You will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are well-managed by developing and supervising workflows (within our own team and across a wide range of project partners). You will control financial and administrative processes and keep critical business information up to date by working closely with the company management; state-of-the-art IT tools will help you to increase the efficiency of all operations. Ideally, you will also contribute actively to our digital knowledge management and online marketing strategy.

Our company is (almost) fully digital, with flexible work hours and remote working arrangements to meet personal needs – although we also enjoy working together in our office in the centre of Cologne whenever possible.
