German Webinar "The implementation of parking management in practice".
The first webinar in a two-part series on parking was held on September 23, 2021. The webinar on integrating parking management into mobility planning was very well received. It showed that there is a great interest in concrete solutions for the implementation of parking management. Therefore, the second part of the event series is dedicated specifically to the planning and implementation of parking management at the neighborhood level.The organizers of the webinar - the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns, the German Institute of Urban Affairs and CIVINET German Language Area - cordially invite you to learn about practical examples for the implementation of parking management and to exchange ideas with other stakeholders on this topic. Representatives from the cities of Munich and Bremen as well as Urban Innovation Vienna GmbH will present local approaches and will focus in particular on the topics of resident parking and citizen participation.The webinar is primarily aimed at employees from the fields of urban development, spatial planning, civil engineering and traffic planning, as well as from road authorities and road traffic agencies.
