This included an inception report, setup of interdepartmental working structures and analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for mobility. The workshop on 22 February, which took place in the city administration of Podilskyi district, presented and validated the results of the SWOT analysis. Susanne Böhler from Rupprecht Consult provided an inspirational presentation on international approaches in the development of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.
