Trainee Programme
A traineeship at Rupprecht Consult offers young talent with little or no work experience a professional entry point.
The main goal: to prepare trainees for a junior position in the company through on-the-job training.

Over the course of one year, trainees gain their first hands-on experience in project work and gradually take on more responsibility.

At the start of the traineeship, an individual development plan is agreed upon that is tailored to the trainee’s background and career goals.
​
Each trainee is assigned a mentor who provides guidance and monthly feedback to help achieve both personal and professional objectives.
