Climate Neutrality

The aim of this Focus Area is to continuously strengthen our consulting services for cities, regions and countries on the path to climate neutrality with fresh impulses from research.

We focus on developing climate neutrality concepts, linking them with mobility strategies, and planning and implementing suitable governance structures. To make our consulting even more effective, we integrate the latest research – for example, from the EU Mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities – on topics such as innovative financing concepts, organisational design in city administrations, and new approaches to stakeholder engagement.
