Sustainable development of cities and regions is a wide area that includes complex interactions with other fields. We have worked on various topics over the years, following trends, often helping to promote new approaches or perspectives. Increasingly, mobility in cities and regions has become the centre of our work.
However, we see mobility as a “horizontal” topic, closely connected with climate change, energy transition, social inclusion, technology development, new values and norm in society and other areas. Therefore, we put strong emphasis on interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral perspectives to create synergies across different backgrounds and ways of thinking.
We structure our work into the following broad thematic areas:
Each area is covered by a team of specialised experts who engage in knowledge networks and are involved in relevant projects in their domain.
