The mission of BAPTS was to implement an integrated package of high-quality public transport systems and services as model solutions for clean, efficient, accessible and sustainable mobility in North West Europe (NWE). The five-year project (2008-2012) had a budget of 15.3 million Euro, was co-funded by the North-West Europe INTERREG IVB Programme and was formed by nine partners from six European countries. All of them have implemented high-quality public transport systems and services for an efficient, accessible and sustainable mobility. Rupprecht Consult, who has supported the project as technical project coordinator, would like to thank all cooperation partners and countless supporters for their continuous endorsement.
