Evaluation of Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) in Europe

Between January and August 2006, the "Evaluation of ICZM in Europe" is being carried out by a two-partner consortium of Rupprecht Consult - Forschung & Beratung, GmbH (project coordinator), an independent and specialized consulting and research company based in Cologne, Germany, and the International Ocean Institute (IOI), a non-governmental, non-profit organization with a network of affiliated Operational Centres all over the world, including five in the EU, and its Acceding Countries and a Headquarters based in Gzira, Malta.

The IOI Operational Centre in Germany, hosted by the Center for Tropical Marine Ecology (ZMT), is a primary actor in this project.
